Once we receive your contact form, we will conduct a detailed interview in person or via Zoom to help you choose your desired support course(s) and schedule a home visit. Please prepare your Maternal and Child Health Handbook (Boshi-Techo), prescription handbook, and other pertaining medical documents. |

After confirming your scheduled visit, we will start your care regimen at your home. |

Future visits and consultations can be scheduled at your request and discuss future dates/times. Additional requests and accommodations can be discussed in advance. For further inquiries, please call or email us. |
Frequently Asked Questions
- Are there any documents I should prepare?
- Please have your Maternal and Child Health Handbook (Boshi-Techo), prescription handbook, and other relevant medical documents.
- Which areas are you available for home visits?
- We are available in Shinjuku, Shibuya, Minato, Bunkyo, and Chiyoda wards. If you live in a neighboring area, feel free to contact us.
- Do you offer sibling support?
- Yes! We can discuss arrangements in advance to have other medical staff present with you and your other children so you can focus on receiving care without interruptions.
- What protection measures are taken against the spread of infectious diseases?
- Our staff will wear masks, put on sock covers, use the washroom to wash our hands, and use disinfectant when we visit your home. We thoroughly monitor the health of our staff and strictly take precautions against the spread of infectious disease.
- Is my privacy protected?
- Personal data is strictly managed and is not shared with unauthorized people or entities. For more detailed information, please refer to our privacy policy.
- What are my payment options?
- We currently accept cash, bank transfers, and card payments.
